About of Debris separator

Mud and rock separators, also known as multi-stage roller screens or butterfly screens, have become extremely popular in gravel and sand processing plants in recent years. Traditionally, wheeled sand washers, spiral sand washers, and stone washers mostly separated soil and gravel hydraulically, but this required a significant amount of water and was not environmentally friendly. For arid regions, where water availability is relatively high, mud and rock separators have emerged as an alternative. These devices are widely used in industries such as mud and rock separation, gangue separation, construction waste separation, and household waste separation.

Product Advantage

  1. Modular design allows for extension or shortening as needed, ensuring convenience and speed.

  2. Mud and rock are separated throughout the entire operation, eliminating the need for water, making it environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.

  3. It can separate not only mud and rock but also various types of waste, making it versatile.

How is works

The working principle is to achieve gradual separation through the linkage of multiple roller screens. Material enters the multi-stage roller screen from the top of the machine, and the motor drives the rollers mounted on the screen plates to rotate. There are gaps between the rollers, allowing large materials to be moved forward by the screen plates, while small materials fall through the gaps to the bottom and are discharged by the conveyor belt. The gaps between each roller screen are adjustable to separate materials of different sizes. Specifically, it is divided into three stages: dirt or debris leaks through the gaps in the roller screens in the first stage, forming a soil pile; larger materials enter the second stage, where materials of appropriate particle size are discharged to form a small aggregate pile; finally, the large materials are conveyed out to form a large material pile, achieving three or two
separations.
